Our first location is on County Rd II in Fremont, Wisconsin. This factory opened in 1906 and has been crafting locally sourced artisanal cheeses since then. Although the equipment has changed over time, the atmosphere and the quality of our product have stayed the same for over a century. Our newer location, Willow Creek Cheese, has been manufacturing premium cheese since 2002. Located on Highway 21 in Berlin, Wisconsin, Willow Creek reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence.
