Our Farmhouse Cheddar is one of the newer members of our cheese family. It is a natural cheddar with an olive oil and salt rind, shelf cured in our cellars. It has a dry body with a slightly pungent taste. It works well for both eating and cooking. It has been very popular.

The gentleman doing the tour was very knowledgeable and welcoming. They were making cheddar curds today which were fresh, squeaky, and delicious!
