Our cheeses are handcrafted in small batches. While we work hard to maintain inventory, some products may occasionally be unavailable. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you with available options.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords. Union Star Cheese reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Union Star Cheese proudly ships our handcrafted cheeses throughout the continental United States using UPS.
To ensure your cheese arrives as fresh as possible, all online orders are shipped on Mondays.
Orders must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the preceding Friday to be included in Monday's shipment. Orders placed after the Friday deadline will be shipped the following Monday.
During holidays or periods of severe weather, we may delay shipment to protect the quality of perishable products.
Our cheeses are carefully packaged using insulated shipping materials and ice packs, when necessary, to help maintain freshness during transit.
Please refrigerate your order immediately upon delivery.
Orders are shipped via UPS to physical street addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery dates provided by UPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Union Star Cheese is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier delays, incorrect shipping information, or other events beyond our control.
If weather or shipping conditions could compromise product quality, we reserve the right to delay shipment until the next appropriate shipping date.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please retain all original packaging and, if possible, take photographs of the package and its contents so we can assist with any shipping claim.
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Because cheese is a perishable food product, we generally cannot accept returns of cheese or other refrigerated products.
