Their extra sharp cheddar is A-MAZING!!! So glad we made the trip out. We visited about 5 or 6 cheese shops in this area and Union Star is by far the BEST. Their Old Wisconsin Beef Sticks are pretty addictive too. I HIGHLY recommend Union Star if you want exceptional cheese! It's worth the trip.
